Return/Refund Policy


We stand by the quality of our products and hope you will love them too.   If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy.  This return policy only applies to U.S. customer within the 48 contiguous United States, Alaska, Hawaii and 5 major U.S. Territories (American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands.)

PLEASE DO NOT SEND YOUR PURCHASE BACK TO THE MANUFACTURER.

If your product arrives in damaged and unusable condition, please email kathy@legacyworld.co with your order number and a picture verifying the damage. 

Returns:

Legacy World Beauty & Personal Care Shop have a 30-day return policy. Legacy World Beauty & Personal Care Shop will issue a 100% refund if:

  1. the product is returned within 30 days from the purchase date,
  2. the product is unused and sealed in its original packaging, the same condition when you received it,
  3. the product is not damaged,
  4. the product is resalable, and
  5. the customer is responsible for the shipping cost of returning the product.

Refunds:

  1. No refunds or exchanges will be given after 30 days of purchase.
  2. Customer must provide the sales order number from the invoice at the time you request a refund. 
  3. Legacy World Beauty & Personal Care Store does not refund the original shipping costs on products that you return.
  4. The form of the refund will be based on the original form of payment such as a bank transfer or a credit card.

What items are non-refundable?

  1. Item packaging is open.
  2. Item is not resalable.
  3. Item marked as final sale.
  4. Partial return of a product set / collection / beauty boxes.

Shipping the Return Products:

  1. Contact us via email at kathy@legacyworld.co to initiate the return process.
  1. Upon receipt of your return/refund request, we will send you the relevant details for you to ship the returned products back to us.
  1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund.
  1. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied via your original method of payment.
  1. Returns received that are not in compliance with our return policies and procedures will be held.  Our customer service team will reach out (via email listed on your purchase) to resolve any discrepancies.  If our team does not receive a response in 7 business days, it is up to our discretion to handle this on a case by case basis.
